BALANU adalah wadah digital untuk UMKM Sulawesi Barat — tempat pelaku usaha, penulis, dan pegiat komunitas berbagi cerita, memasarkan produk, dan tumbuh bersama.
Berbeda dari marketplace biasa, BALANU tidak mengambil komisi dari transaksi. Kami adalah jembatan yang mempertemukan pembeli langsung dengan pemilik usaha melalui WhatsApp atau kanal jualan mandiri mereka.
Kami percaya, yang UMKM butuhkan bukan perantara baru —
melainkan panggung agar karya mereka terlihat.

Nama BALANU diambil dari bahasa Mandar. Dalam tradisi masyarakat pesisir Sulawesi Barat, balanu merujuk pada wadah atau tempat menampung sesuatu yang berharga.
Kami meminjam filosofi itu: BALANU adalah wadah digital. Bukan hanya untuk produk, tapi juga untuk cerita, ide, dan semangat warga Sulbar yang ingin maju bersama.
